Estate Agency Office Manager

Smith Estates, a leading Estate Agents based in New York, are seeking an Office Lettings Manager.
Main Duties:
- Completing necessary paperwork to finalize deals
- Negotiating terms & closing deals
- To delegate and get jobs done by all staff according to the times available to them and capabilities
- Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Carrying out valuation & Market Appraisals
- Maintaining Branch & Personal Sales Target
- Business Development / New Business Lead Generation
- Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion
- Increasing the company turnover
- Working to financial, individual and team targets
- Marketing
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency Management
- Pro-active, flexible and confident
- Excellent sales ability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- A full, valid driving license and eligibility to work in the USA is essential for this role
Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
The salary will be fixed £36,000.00 per year + company car.
